CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION
Private individualized sessions (3 hours each) can be provided both virtually or in-person in the comfort of your own home or anywhere else that both parents feel safe and comfortable to meet. We collaborate together to tailor and design a holistic series that meets your needs and desires.

Labourland and postpartum is very unknown territory, so we will be aiming to prepare for these experiences with embodying different ways to cope. You will learn about the unexpected situations and challenges that may arise, however what will get you through these moments are the rituals and practices that you embody.
