Birth is a sacred experience, a journey where you embark on a deep transformative initiation through the wilderness, the unknown portal. Not only is a baby born and come into earthside, but you are also reborn.

Do you want to feel more empowered? 

As a birth doula, I am here to protect the sacredness of you and your baby’s birth. I’ll be your companion, supporting you throughout your rite of passage. Present with you throughout each step of the way, no matter where you want to give birth, whether it is at a hospital, at a birthing center or in the comfort of your own home. You are supported through whatever happens expected or unexpected, even through cesareans or if and when you choose to have an epidural. There is no right or wrong way to give birth.

Do you want to have an erotic birth experience?

Women have been conditioned to believe that birth causes suffering and is dangerous. However, it is very much possible to have a birth that is both pleasurable and painful. Both can be a part of your experience. Pain is necessary, it is what causes the contractions, which will bring your baby to earth. However there can be pleasure in pain, because you are being in touch with it completely. When you are trying to escape your pain, you are suffering. Erotism is not about sex only, it is about being in touch with whatever is alive for you within your body, completely present with it. Allowing it to flow throughout your body.

Somatic education and practices will be incorporated throughout our time together to allow you to connect and feel safe within your body. I will also be a safe and compassionate space for you to be vulnerable, where you can let go and just be yourself, raw and unmasked. Your emotions, needs, desires and boundaries can be expressed here. I want to meet you with where you are at as each moment unfolds, allowing you to be felt, seen and heard. You do not need to change or be fixed in any way. You are enough just as you are. I will be with you, asking you questions, inquiring and allowing you to dig deep within yourself for your wisdom. One of my goals is to guide you to remember who you already are, and to accept all parts of yourself that want to be loved.

    • Unlimited phone, SMS and email support throughout your pregnancy and during the 4 weeks postpartum

    • 2 zoom (3 hours each) prenatal sessions

    • 2 personalized Childbirth education sessions included (3 hours each)

    • Guidance on different positions during pregnancy and labor

    • Educational masterclass provided to your partner if you have one (2 hours)

    • Guidance on self-massage and how your partner can massage you

    • Help with creating your birth and postpartum plans

    • Somatic Embodiment tools and practices

    • 1 somatic coaching sessions (1 hour)

    • Support in creating rituals

    • 2 zoom postpartum calls (2-3 hours each)

    • Birth processing session during postpartum (1 hour)

    • Informed Consent guidance

    • Childbirth education sessions (optional, additional cost)

    • Access to the client portal

    • Guidance on different positions that can be used during labor instinctively

    • Education provided to the partner on the best ways to support you

    • Support in creating your birth and postpartum plans

    • 2 somatic coaching sessions (1 hour each)

    • Somatic Embodiment tools and practices

    • Meditations and mindfulness

    • Support with rituals

    • Massage and soft touch

    • On-call from week 37 until your labor

    • I will be with you throughout your whole labor process and delivery

    • 2 hours of care immediately following the birth of your baby

    • 2 postpartum follow up visits within 2 weeks, maximum 8 hours

    • A postpartum motherhood initiation ceremony such as the closing of the bones ceremony (optional, additional cost)

    • Placenta ceremony (optional, additional cost)

    • Support with infant feeding or chest-feeding if you choose to chest-feed

    • 1 month of unlimited phone, SMS and email support immediately after birth

    • Birth processing session during postpartum (1 hour)

    Price: $1300

  • What does it include?

    • Unlimited phone, SMS and email support throughout your pregnancy and during 4 weeks postpartum

    • 2 (3 hours each) prenatal in person visits

    • Evidence based guidance

    • Informed Consent guidance

    • Information on the different medical interventions, options, risks and benefits.

    • A Blessingway Ceremony either either for just the mother or both parents, organized and facilitated. A decision can be made on how long it will go for. 3 hours depending on the amount of guests.

    • 2 personalized Childbirth education sessions (3 hours each)

    • Access to the client portal

    • Guidance on different positions that can be used during labor instinctively

    • Education provided to your partner if you have one, on the best ways to support you

    • Support in creating your birth and postpartum plans

    • 2 somatic coaching sessions (1 hour each)

    • Somatic Embodiment tools and practices
